Architecture is my official profession. When people ask what I do, I say I'm an architect.

During my 20+ years in the profession there has been much frustration, but there has also been moments where design and construction came together and resulted in a house or addition that I am proud of. A few of those projects are shown here. Since architecture is so often a collaborative process, I don't feel comfortable taking credit for most of the projects I've been involved in. The examples here are of projects that I at least had a major hand in, or that I was the primary designer. I've included some "before and after" photos of remodel and addition projects.

Also, below you'll find a separate gallery of the house that my partner and I built for ourselves. In this case, I can definitely take all the credit (and the blame) for the design.
